LogoSpeed Promotional Products, LLC is committed to offering our customers top quality products and customer service. Each garment is made to order based on the size and color you selected and is not able to be returned to the supplier. Each garment is thoroughly assessed for defects prior to shipping. Should a defect get past our inspection process, we will replace it. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. Garments that have already been washed or worn will not qualify for returns. Once our team has verified that the garment is eligible for a return, a replacement will be shipped to you at our expense.
Size charts are available upon request. If you have any concerns about sizing, please reach out to us. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing. Please measure carefully.
We are not responsible for late receival of a package due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address being provided to us. Once your order ships, LogoSpeed will internally monitor for delivery and it is up to Mac Tools to confirm the delivery. Please contact your LogoSpeed team immediately with any shipment/delivery concerns.
Please keep copies of your emailed order confirmations and receipts if you need them for tax purposes. Mac Tools will be unable to provide these to you at a later date.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Shipping Disclaimer
Made-to-order items require 7-10 business days for production, excluding shipping. Tracking details will be emailed. For concerns, contact your LogoSpeed team within 7 days of shipping notification. After this, LogoSpeed cannot be liable for order issues.
